As a seasoned professional in recruitment and career coaching, I bring a unique blend of expertise and insight to help individuals achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.
With a background in recruitment, I have developed a deep understanding of the job market dynamics, industry trends, and hiring best practices. Leveraging this knowledge, I assist clients and candidates in navigating their career paths, identifying opportunities, and securing fulfilling employment opportunities that align with their skills, aspirations, and values.
In addition to my expertise in recruitment and career coaching, I am also a savvy property investor with a proven track record of identifying lucrative investment opportunities and maximising returns to our investors. Whether it's through strategic property acquisitions, value-added renovations, or rental income optimisation, I leverage my in-depth knowledge of the property market to help investors build wealth and achieve their financial goals through partnering with me.
Rajesh
Rajesh has worked in Technology as an engineer and analyst with large firms across several public and private sectors. With these work contracts, it has given Rajesh the experience to manage teams, work closely with stakeholders and to prioritize deadlines and requirements to the client's needs.
This experience has allowed Rajesh to transition into the world of property seamlessly and working with investors, letting / estate agents, builders, surveyors, solicitors and brokers amongst the many power team members we have.
Rajesh and Seema have both been through property education training and taught by Legacy Education / Asset Academy. They are now part of Prosperity Network, a large property network which allows them to have the latest news and discussions weekly to keep up to date with current topics. They work closely with an experienced mentor to advise and oversee deals if needed.
Since 2017, we have worked in these property strategies:
- Purchased properties to refurbish and sell
- Purchased properties to refurbish and rent (BRRR Strategy)
- Purchased properties to refurbish and rent (BRRR Strategy) to Social Housing
- Purchased and converted properties to HMO (House of multiple occupancy)
- Purchased commercial office and shops
- Purchased a property portfolio
Rajesh is passionate about property and to help to provide homes to select parts of the UK where we can make a profitable business working with hands off investors and to give them a return unmatched by the traditional banks.
Outside of making a living, Rajesh is passionate about living a healthy balanced lifestyle, watching and playing sports and spending time with his family.
